Charlise Manuel is the Founder of FORCE CM. Charlise leads a team of advisors in designing and delivering financial operations solutions for charter schools and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to FORCE CM, Charlise spent 11 years with Ascend Learning, most recently as managing director of finance, leading accounts payable, procurement, and payroll functions for 16 charter schools and their management organization.

Whether your efforts yield successful outcomes or "well, that could have gone better!" moments, there is a common result - lessons learned. Charlise aspires to use what she has learned as a doer and leader to help thousands of mission-driven organizations improve their financial operations and staff experiences.

Charlise Manuel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Law and Society from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
