FORCE CM works with organizations and finance professionals on leadership, operational, organizational, and other business matters. During an engagement, you may share information about your organization, employees, operations, systems, processes, financial activities, or business challenges.
Information provided as part of a paid engagement may also be governed by the confidentiality and data protection terms in your engagement agreement. If those terms conflict with this Privacy Notice, the engagement agreement controls for that information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting admin@forcecm.org. Unsubscribing will not stop messages we need to send to administer a program, reservation, transaction, or active business relationship.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate website functionality, remember preferences, understand website traffic, measure how visitors interact with pages, identify technical problems, and improve the website experience. Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, the relationship involved, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure.
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or similarly sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email unless we specifically instruct you to do so through a secure method.
